Would definitely be quicker than manual entry, and would help me understand what exercise has what benefit on my energy. Though to be fair, I find garmin hasn’t been able to distinguish between sleep and having a lie in/being on my phone too late, haha.
Please sync to Garmin Connect! Especially since apple and garmin do not play well together. Data is always incorrect in health app no matter how much customer service support you get to fix the problem.
I’d also like Garmin sync or at least to sync activities from Apple Health (which come from Garmin Connect!). Currently I’ve made health trackers for walking and running where I log kms for each.
