Predictive Reminder

It would be helpful to have the ability to be notified of patterns of factors, specifically menstrual cycles. So once a pattern is established, we can be notified when factors are likely to occur and able to analyze them.

    This!!! In my case I would love to have small reminders like “watch out, you’ve drank caffeine three days in a row!” or “you havent done your hobbies lately, why not take some time for yourself?”

    This would be helpful for if I started tracking my food and entered dairy on multiple days (I have LI), or if a certain pattern happens for mental disorders.

    This is the biggest thing the app is missing in my opinion!! I would get so much for value out of it with reminders like this. Menstrual cycle being the priority

    I was thinking of some sort of flare indicator/predictor that can tell when you’re having increased symptoms and can predict when they might decrease based on symptom patterns
