Add time (+ intensity?) tracking to factor categories

I’d love to track my active hours in certain activities such as self care, learning, socialization, tasks, etc. A general time estimate (10 minutes) per categorie would be great!

That way I can get a better idea of my usable active hours per day, and see how much time is spent resting. It will also be easier to see the effect on my symptoms if I can compare a heavy study session of 10 minutes with a mild study session of 30 minutes

(Right now I need to track this outside of Bearable and it would be much easier to fill in, as well as awesome to have all this info together to compare)

I especially would love the ability to track hours spent on self care and view that on the graph, so I can see how much time I devote to body maintenance with and without certain medications.

Completely agree! It’s also less statistically useful to have multiples of the same factor with “low” or “high” as a prefix than to have one with a changeable intensity.

Just to track the time spent on some factors would be great- for example - for me cleaning/ walking / lying in bed exhausted etc

I need it to be quite specific- a little box where I can estimate time spent for example would be perfect.

I’ve just added an identical suggestion so will try to delete it.

I want to be able to, for example…

Specify (in Active section) that I walked for X mins. Or that I did stretching for X mins.

Specify (in Food Diary) that I ate X number portions of fruit and veg.

Specify (in Chores section) that I spent Xmins cleaning.

Specify (in custom section) that I spent Xmins driving.

This to me is a very significant gap as there is a massive diff in 5mins on an activity versis 60.

I would love this feature too.

In leiu of it, I’m going to experiment with adding activities (work, school-work, hobbies) as meds/supplements. For example, tracking Work (Strength = 1, Unit = hr). Then track roughly how much time I work each day and how that correlates with mood/energy levels, etc.

    Time since factor analysis

I’d like to be able to analyze symptoms that happen when it has been > x time since a given factor. For example, I suspect my allergies (which impact my sleep) happen when it has been longer than x time since I last vacuumed (for uncertain x, since I haven’t been great at keeping track of this).

If we could stamp factors with a time then it would be easier to find the correlations with symptoms worsening/improving since that factor happened. Right now it’s really hard to know what effect a factor has on symptoms.

For example, if I’m in pain and use an ice pack, and mark ice as a factor for recovery, the only thing I can see is that on that day there was high pain and ice was used, but there’s no way for me to see whether or not the ice was useful/reduced pain.

Part of this might be an insights page fix because medications are currently time stamped but it’s also hard to find this information in insights- you have manually go into the day, check what time the meds were taken, and then see how the symptoms were rated later on.
