I want to see how meds, health measurements (consumed 490mg of Vitamin D today), and factors (took a nap) impact sleep.
By “sleep”, I don’t just mean the “how well did you sleep rating”. Some of my questions are: How long did it take to fall asleep How long were [REM, deep, light, awake] times during the night How refreshed did I feel in the morning
Meds, health measurements, and factors are all relevant to these questions.
