Factor categories (grouping) is a good idea. I’d probably have the same factor appear in several categories. So I might have the negative, positive, neutral for factors related to emotions and “work”, “exercise”, and “weather”. “Gray skies” would appear both in “negative” and “weather”.

Alphabetic order is often helpful but I often choose order manually because I want the most used to appear at the top. In fact, Bearable could have a category called “Alphabetical order” that automatically shows all factors alphabetically.

You can turn off every single factor/mood, then turn them all on again. That puts them in alphabetical order. But of course if you add any new moods they don’t slot in in alphabetical order.

Please! My OCD is going a little nuts with not being able to alphabetize or at least rearrange everything from symptoms to food to medications.

you can re-arrange all of the symptoms and factors though. when you click add a new symptom at the bottom there is a button at the top that will let you edit the order of the symptoms.

in that way you can also re-order the moods and stuff but right now it all has to be done manually.

welcome! :) i’ve spent a lot of time messing around on the app and found there were a lot of features i’d been asking for already in the app, i just needed to figure out how to do it lol. for the longest time i didn’t realize you could hide medications
