Ability to add/organize food database in settings

I would like to be able to access the foods database through the settings tab in order to pre-add and organize specific meals, foods, favorites, etc in advance.

Has there been any progress in this? I would love it if we could really group the food and drinks. :’) It would be easier to find food by grouping them like “Fried Dishes,” “Soup,” “Rice,” etc.
