Add timers and/or time trackers.
Currently it is not possible to track time or time spent doing X, this is a much needed feature and a versatile one. Currently I need to keep using a second tracker to track my day. These are amongst the most important numbers for me to track for my health professionals and I have no way to do this in Bearable itself.
For my health professionals I need to track the following: - Time spent in each of 6 heart rate zones - time spent monitoring heart rate - Time spent resting (no stimulation, low stimulation, and medium stimulation rest) - Total time spent doing activities in a day - time spent on physiotherapy exercise
Other things this could be used for: - time spent on self care - time spent on rehabilitation exercise - time spent on mental health - time a panic attack lasted - time spent in manic/depressive episode - time spent on health related activities - time spent on exercise/sports - screen time - time meditating - time being outdoors - time socializing - time spent improving skills - time spent studying - time spent on hobbies I’m sure there’s a lot of options for illneses and health conditions that I’m not thinking of right now, but you get the idea. Ideally there would be a button I can press to start/stop a timer and it adds a timestamped entry, as well as just adding a number at the end of the day for things that can’t be tracked manually such as time spent in heart rate zones
