Have exercises be time + reps based, similar to how medication section works

Similar to how medication works with dosages that you click to track at a specific time, be able to add exercises or other activities, such as x reps of squats. I could click to increase to 5 reps and log it at 2pm. Another example would be something like breathing exercises, so take x deep breaths or breath for x minutes and log times completed. You can also set alarms to remind yourself to do exercises or activities, so I can remind myself to do breathing exercises at 10, 2,and 6 for example.

    In a similar vein, I’d like to be able to mark how many minutes I done pilates or yoga, and how many miles I walked.

    I’m seeing a general trend in various features requests that the app needs more options for scale and quantity of entries. If the analysis and reporting could be made data type agnostic then every entry type could be customized to any sort of measurement the user wants (e.g., 0 to 10, unlimited integer, etc.) much like the meds units and dosage customization.
