Notes for doctor appointments

I would love a section of the app where we could keep track of upcoming appointments & write notes for symptoms/issues we’d like to address, as well as insights the doctor has/treatments recommended at the appointment. I’m thinking something simple, maybe eventually with calendar integration (that would be a dream!) but even just a simple note-based appointment section would be awesome to start. Thanks!

    Yes. Totally. Especially because a lot of medical records gave inaccurate information and it is important to take your own notes.

    Section for notes for Dr Appts

    When I get to the Dr it is hard to remember where the notes for her are. I end up forgetting to mention and ask things. If there was a Notes for appointments section, which I could give a date for, or not, if it isn’t made yet, then it would all be in one place. -Sarah Dufton
