Factor Targets and Schedule Goals

I’ve seen suggestions regarding goal setting and I think specifically this could be implemented with the Factors for a particular day in sections like “chores” and “productivity” in advance of the week, or setting recurring goals for certain days of the week.

For example I want to do school work on Mondays but on Tuesdays focus on chores, so I could set the related factors as goals for those days of the week, and later have a summary of what days I met my targets. But also for particular days, like if I have to set aside a Tuesday for a doctors appointment instead, I could adjust that day’s goals in advance. And then if I miss the planned appointment or my goals arent reached for a particular day that could be recorded in Insights for analysis.

Aside from Factors this is also something I’d really need for Food, Water, and Medications, since I often skip meals or forget to take my meds and this strongly affects my symptoms. It would be nice to see clearly how often I skip, and check if I’ve been improving meeting my targets over time.

    I agree, I want to track how often I floss for accountability reasons. It’s nice to see a streak doing something consistently. Not necessarily a factor that correlates to anything else, but just a reminder/motivator for folks like me with adhd that need an internal gold star awarded for flossing.

    I set up a custom rating to track productivity (rated from 1-5 each day), if that helps in the meantime.
