Allow logging of treatments which aren't meds

I’d like to track treatments which aren’t medications. For example, meditation or physical therapy. While you can kind of log these under factors, there’s no way of tracking these treatments on a more granular level—and that’s usually integral to measuring their effectiveness!

Just like how you can record the dosage of medications, you could record the duration or intensity of these treatments, and that way you could see the effect of these treatments with more detail.

this would be really helpful when looking at the effectiveness of different therapies, OT, PT, even stretch/surgery recovery routines.

Yes! I’d love to be able to track if I used heat, ice, a certain massage tool, etc. to see the effects on my symptoms. This can be done to an extent with factors, but I think it’s worth having its own section

YES, PLEASE! I’m using the app not just to track and analyze, but also to help me keep track on a daily basis of if/when I’ve taken my meds, and I entered all of my PT exercises as individual “meds” so I can check off when I do them, but it would be great (and make more sense) if they had their own section.

I have been doing this exact thing as well! It would be good to have this as an extra dedicated section.

I use Red Light Therapy, massage tools, heat and ice and an area dedicated to different “therapies” would be most helpful.

Just giving this suggestion a bump because it’s getting darker earlier, so people with SAD are going to start using their therapy lamps… It would be great if Bearable could help us track the lamp’s effectiveness! 😅

I like this idea. I would love to be able to track Massage Therapy, Chiropractic adjustment, etc. to be able to see the correlation between how long between treatments and severity and duration of headaches/migraines.

Adding a similar suggestion from another member of the community:

Add a Treatments section like medication. “Would like to be able to track treatments for symptoms like application of topical analgesics to specific body parts, using a massager or tens mahine on specific body parts, stretching specific body parts, using a brace or split (I use one for my bunion some nights), etc. I want to determine what helps and makes no long term difference.”
