Put the "add/edit" link at the top of the list instead of bottom, or in both places

I have a lengthy physical symptoms list, and it’s cumbersome to scroll through it to get to the bottom to add or edit. If the option was at the top, or in both top and bottom, it would be a non-issue.

    Ensure Add/Edit button is consistently at the end of all options..

    It looks me a really long time to figure out how to edit my mood options because the Add/Edit button was at the start of the mood options, when I was looking for it at the end as it appears for the Factor options. Consistency would help ensure users always know where to look and make the editing experience more seamless.
