Daily Living Impact

I would like to be able to input my planned activities for the day and then be able to input what activities I was able to achieve that day and what I was not able to achieve.

This would help me be able to express how my symptoms/conditions/disabilities affect my daily life in addition to pain, and other obvious conditions.

I find that unless you tell a doctor or medical professional what impact your symptoms/conditions have they do not do much as they don’t see it affecting your life and does not justify investigation or urgency in use of resources compared with conditions that affect your daily life.

furthermore, I would like to see how much or how little my life is impacted.

This idea can still merge with the factors section (even though I hate this sections and find no value to it) or still be used as factors that may correlate with why your symptoms may increase in severity.

So kind of like a habit tracker?

I suppose you could use something like this as a habit tracker. But this is something completely different to habits, it’s more about what impact your conditions have on your daily living.

I have health conditions that affect my daily living eg the ability to brush my teeth or go for a shower. I have it planned I want to go for a shower today but that doesn’t mean I will have the ability to do it if my health conditions stop me from doing it.

I would like to be able to track the impact on my daily living, especially what I had planned and what I did do and didn’t do as a direct result of my health conditions.

It would be more like a daily planner as sorts rather than a habit tracker - even though you could merge the two ideas in some way to track habits, but the primary focus is to track how your health conditions impact your daily life.

I’m not sure how this would/could be implemented exactly, but it does seem like a good idea, and William explained it quite well I thought, at least the intent. I have extensive habit trackers and planners but none of them (except some sort of paper 2 column setup) has ever been able to show me what I did vs. what I planned to do, especially in a way I could easily compare to my symptoms, or over time.
