Ability to include medication instructions

I would love to be able to put the medication instructions in with the meds ie, number of pills taken, taper schedule, or max dose in a day. my memory is really bad and i would love to be able to quick refence the instructions for the med.

    Just a quick Notes field for meds entries would be really useful. Also help with the workaround for using the meds for covering things like physio and creams.

    Another addition to this would be brand names. I currently use the meds section for my skincare and it would be great if I could put details in another place rather than trying to put the long name for the cleanser I am currently using in the space limited ‘title’ area
