I would really like to see the rate of change in e.g. mood (and symptoms) for a factor instead of the comparison to the overall mood. In my opinion this would be far more accurate. For example if there are certain things you do to feel better when you feel bad, they look really bad in the statistics, since they occur on days with bad mood and you might still be quite miserable. Nethertheless your mood might have been significantly lifted by that factor.

Beside that I’d once again call for customizable (and perhaps more) time periods to track more accurately.
