    Just adding a similar suggestion from another member of the community:

    Ability to add stressors/ things weighing heavily on your mind. “To be able to set things you need to do, like school or a work project and how it correlates to your mood/ health”

    This could potentially be a Stress Factors list within an overall Stress Tracking section (similar to Sleep Factors).
