+1 on this! Google Fit’s “Activity” tracking is very flexible. It does a good job at standardizing various types of workouts/activities that pull in from many sources, including my smart watch and the Trainwell app. It syncs the custom activity names, Heart Points, and durations to, and from, Health Connect.
