Expand sections by accordioning down

Opening large sections (symptoms or factors) is annoying b/c when you open, it shows you the bottom of your list so you have to scroll up to begin. It would be great to open a section and have it automatically leave you at the top instead of the bottom.

    I have the opposite problem. You can expand or collapse sections by clicking on their titles, but when I want to collapse a long section, it is annoying to have to scroll all the way up to its title or all the way down to the next section.
