Energy and mood average per hour, not only per time period

Hi !

I would love to be able to have insights like average energy level per hour, not per time period, which are super broad.

I use bearable to see when are my most productive times of day. The time period insights are so broad that it’s not very useful in that way. For example, if you have very low levels of energy at 8am but very high at 11am, having an average for 6am to 12pm doesn’t really make sense if you see what I mean ? I would love to have the average energy level and mood per hour to see how it fluctuates and when are the times of day you are most likely to be happy or productive, but also when a nap or rest would be useful :)

    Have insights that give energy levels by hour over an extended period of time, so that can help pinpoint most energetic hours of day (not just the hour ranges, but the actual hours) - Evelyn Reyes

    Just coming here to say this! I want to track my energy, focus, motivation, and creativity as they fluctuate throughout the day so I can make a better schedule for myself based on what times of the day and what weeks of the month I am most productive. I like how the Mood and Energy sections allow you to add more each day and will timestamp the entry. Now we need those granular insights, like as a line graph showing the peaks and dips throughout one day, then showing one week with the average times that energy/motivation/focus/creativity are at their high/low. Combine that with menstrual data, and you’d be able to know what time of day to work/rest, as well as what week of the menstrual cycle to schedule big projects or rest and reflect.
