Option to simplify symptoms

I have multiple overlapping chronic condition and therefore a lot of symptoms. Each item in the symptom section has the symptom name tile and then 4 tiles to track the severity at multiple points through the day, taking up an entire line. Having a separate line for each symptom of mine would make that section too bloated to use. So I only track 5 or 6 really bothersome ones under “symptoms” and put the remaining symptoms listed as “factors” and I can check off any that I have that day. It works, but factors and symptoms are tracked and reported differently.

My ideal solution would be to have the symptom section mirror the factor section to allow us to toggle the time periods on/off, but still be able to keep the severity indication.

Example: I don’t need to know how bad my acne was morning, afternoon, and night–just how bad it was overall for the day. Having just the tile box for “Acne” and the ability to tap it to change severity for the whole day would be great. It would allow me to fit a lot more symptoms into a smaller space and to track more accurately.

I have this same issue but have a different solution.

Have the symptom section start with only a list you can choose for the day, just like the food section. Once a symptom is added for the day THEN the individual symptom box shows below as you have them now. This will reduce scrolling, several times per day, past symptoms we aren’t having that day. I’m goin to suggest it separately as it is a very diffe#ent solution from this.

I’d like to have the ability to hide time of day for symptoms as well. I get mentally overwhelmed with the amount of fields I feel obligated to input. I can barely get myself to track symtoms once a day let alone 4x a day.
