Quit Smoking Tracker

Be able to track the last time smoked, whether it was a full cig, half cig, few drags, maybe have a timer that uses the previous time as a goal. (So if I went 3 hours between smoking cig #1 and #2, then a timer would start after #2 counting down 3 hours + 15 minutes, then after cig #3 it counts down 3 hours + 30 minutes). This info would also be interesting how it correlates with fatigue, irritability, stomach upset, etc.
