I love the idea, although I am not sure how many people can clearly and accurately track their spoons in a numerical way like you’re suggesting. Maybe an “energy” section where you can track your energy level, and add notes about your spoons; and a “drains” or “tasks” section, where you can optionally track how much energy you need to do certain tasks?

I think having it be spoons is better than energy because its more responsive to the literature from DS studies. I mean the same could be said with everything else we are tracking like mood. I don’t know how many I guess one starts with but I like the idea of it like reminding you that if you feel fucked today it’s because you overdid it

I love the idea of being able to track “drains” or “boosts” in relation to energy. I’d also like to have the option to track different types of energy (e.g. physical, mental, emotional social, etc). Like, sometimes i have no physical energy, but can sit and work on a difficult cognitive task. Or i may run out of energy for social activities but could do a whole workout.
