Two years ago I had 6 long term conditions. Then I was diagnosed with a 7th: T2 Diabetes. I decided to use XmR Charting to track my Blood Sugars, as well as metrics related to my other conditions. I can now evidence ‘control’ for all 7 conditions – 2 of which are in full remission: the diabetes and NAFLD. If Bearable could add this simple algorithm it would be really great.
