Custom Ratings- Generic custom metric labels + multiple entries

Have the option for 1-5 to be labeled Low Med High or have no label instead of Awful-Great. I use this to track “obligations” where I’ve made commitments to somebody or something. Just looking for a tally without any implied good/bad rating.

    I would like to log different levels of my custom ratings throughout the day like Mood and Energy Level.

    For example, at noon I rate how productive I was up to that point…then again at 4:30 and last at 9pm -Charles Angel
