The ability to mark which days you’ve forgotten to take your medication, especially to see that against symptoms. Personally, it can be hard to remember if I’ve forgotten to input I took my meds, or if I actually forgot to take my meds those days, and I’d like to be able to track how not taking medication is affecting me. This would be easiest with an overall ‘forgot all medication’, but I could see an individual one being useful as well.
