Add common self-report scales for depression, anxiety, etc.
There are short, publicly available scales used by mental health professionals to assess groups of symptoms over time. I find it difficult to assess my “level” of depression or anxiety daily or in 6-hour periods, but having the option to take a quick scale every week and have that automatically write levels for that week or so would provide an option for those who find it difficult to answer “how anxious was I today?” Scales could pull up an alternate page like mood rating and write data for the previous week.
