Medication timer

It would be nice if instead of just a reminder you could set a timer for medications. I use bareable for emergency migraine meds and alot of them are “take again in this many hours” rather than “take at 4 and 8 o’clock.” That way when I take a migraine med I could start a timer for two hours and be notified when it is done.

Hi Rebecca! Thank you for another great suggestion. We have a lot of users who use Bearable to help them manage their migraines and our current reminders are much help to them as you described above.

    Thanks again for sharing this.

I’m going to include this suggestion here b/c it seems similar to the topic. I love Bearable but just getting a notification for meds isn’t enough for me. I’ve had to download a separate app for medication reminders. It’s an notification that pops up & you have to confirm you took it, mark as skipped, or snooze (which gives various amounts of time: 10min, 30min, 45mins, 1hr, 1.5hrs, 3hrs. I do wish there was a 2hr optio, though). These notifications keep going off every 5 mins until you resolve it by marking one of the 3 options. I need a persistent reminder like that b/c I will forget to do it. I would absolutely love it if the Bearable app was able to do this.
