Link factors to mood tracking

Sometimes when I track a mood, I know the exact factor that links to it. It would be nice to have all the factors as tags that can be linked to the tracked mood. This would give more accurate insights into what factors affect our moods.

Example: I track the mood “Happy” and I know that this is because I am at the park and with my friends. I can then tag the factors “At Park” and “With friends”.

Hi Elizabeth! Thank you for this great idea. How would you think we could best implement this?

    Hi Eoghan.

    How I envision it is:

After I have selected my mood rating, a drop down is displayed.

When this drop down is clicked, there is a view of all my factors.

I can then select the relevant factor(s) that relate to me at the present time of selecting my mood.

The factor that I select will be grouped into one of the 4 time categories.

    I hope this makes sense?

I would love this as well, as this would allow for much better tracking of which activities have what influence on mood. If needed, one can still aggregate the factors per day or per 6-hour timeblock

Background: I was thinking about switching from the Daylio App to Bearable, as Bearable has more features and allows for more comprehensive tracking of everything related to an illness/recovery.

However, not having the factors related to the mood entry, or at least have timestamps asociated with factor entries (6hour blocks are too corse for me) so they can be correlated with mood entries is unfortunately a dealbreaker for me at the moment.
