Ability to type to search

Example: at the top a search bar so I can search by symptom or medication name. That way instead of trying to find the category and where it is, I can search for “anxiety medication”, bring it up, and select what I need to with that, which is important for when I might forget something but can’t spend energy looking for it.

    Just adding a similar suggestion from another member of the community:

    Include a Search Function. “Primarily looking for a way to search notes, but I’m seeing other people asking for search for factors/meds/symptoms/etc, and I think an overall search function would be incredibly helpful.”
