Add another ‘negative’ level to the Energy section.

Please consider adding another level to the Energy Level section . Having only Awful and Poor as options for a bad day makes this app almost unusable for me , a person with CFS, and likely for people coming in with Long-Covid. We need at least one more level . There are 3 ‘positive’ levels , so another negative would be much better . In reality more levels on both sides would be best, but one more on the low side would help. I.e Awful , Bad , Poor as well as Ok, Good, Great. Thank you

Hi Jennifer. Thank you for this suggestion. We appreciate your thoughts on this, we have recently been starting to design ways to improve the energy levels section especially for those with CFS. Thank you again.

Thank you. It’s a great app and I like that it is so customisable. I’d also find it very helpful if it became even more usable for ME/CFS.

Yes this. Like add in “0” as an option for energy level. I think this would be very important for averages.

For me my normal fatigue puts me at a 1, but a few weeks ago when I had some kind of viral thing on top of PEM I was below a 1.

0 to me means limp, weak, actively exhausted and miserable. 1 is being fatigued to the point all I can to is sit still, 2 is in sitting still but maybe able to get up if needed, etc.

I really wish there was at least an option to put 0 for energy, and like this post said maybe even negative numbers because that would very much help visualizing the average over time. Cuz 1 is pretty average for me, so when I have aggravating factors I can’t even clock anything below 1.
