Multiple entries per day for custom metrics similar to energy and mood entries. For short acting medications, productivity often varies throughout the day. Custom metrics are also good for symptoms on a spectrum where being centred is ideal. For example scattered to Hyper-focussed or flat affect or no energy/activity to hyperactivity. Currently I either have to make either side of this spectrum it’s own symptom to see how it varies throughout the day or I use custom metrics and only get the average.
