User Manual

We need a basic understanding of the assumptions of Bearable to know how to best input factors and make sense of correlations. A high level user manual is in order.

For example: does Bearable assume that a factor impacts symptoms later the same day? Or just the average rating of the following day? Or is there an assumption of a residual impact, over several hours or days?

How are the time periods utilized in the correlations? Are they just used to build up an average for the day? Or can they be used to see the impact between time periods?

Does Bearable assume sleep factors impact sleep the previous night or the following night?

I’ve found some of these answers on Reddit, but they are so essential that users shouldn’t have to rely on their Reddit searching skills.
