Relative mood input

I want to preface this suggestion by saying: I’ve noticed that oftentimes when I put in my mood, it’s on a relative basis. For example, how good I’m feeling compared to my current baseline.

This makes sense as the brain processes many things relatively and in logarithms, but this causes data to be more so centered around a single mood score.

My suggestion: Add an option to put moods in relatively rather than just number.

Basically you are given the prompt: “how are you feeling compared to earlier”. You are given options like: much worse, worse, the same, better, much better.

As for calculating mood values, that is done in the background.

This would rely on at least one number value being put in for the first mood input of the day however.

Forgot to add, for the first mood score of the day it could ask “how do you feel compared to yesterday?”
