Symptom subcategories

It would be nice to be able to create subcategories for symptom types, to be able to track the nuances and overall status of that symptom. For example, under the “Physical” symptom category, I could have “muscle pain” “bone pain” and “inflammation” subcategories, each with their own overall score, but under each category I could put the different areas or ways that symptom presents. For example, under inflammation I might put wrists, back, legs, neck, allergy, etc. Under bone pain I might put spine, arm, left leg, acute injury. (Examples obviously relating to myself). That way, when I look at the data, I could look at how bad my symptom was overall for that day or in relation to that factor, but I could also break it down based on a specific type or area.
