I would love to be able to edit the wording of default symptoms. I have ADHD and am very literal, so being able to change the wording of default symptoms would help be log them more accurately. For example: I would track “Forgetfulness” better if I could change it to “Losing or forgetting things”. I know I could make a new custom symptom, but it would mess with the correlation.
