Be able to list conditions then for each condition, be able to pick which factors apply to it. Then be able to view insights by condition with total rating (bad, good. etc). For instance I would be able to see Dercum’s Disease, how I rated (graph) along with ratings for each factor - my stress level was high on day x, or my water intake was low thus making my symptoms worse
