The ability to choose any symptom (without all of them changing, just that one) to be yes/no instead of mild-unbearable, and ideally an option to decide what “yes” means in that case. For example, personally, if I throw up, I would like that to count for at least 4 symptom points, because it is unbearable. In that case, there is no possible “mild” vomit scenario.
