I’m a nurse working in an emergency room, so I was surprised when I found that you could not document medication that has two separate active substances in them (e.g. Ramilich comp 5/12.5mg). That example is a very common low level blood pressure medication and at least in your paid subscription it should definitely be possible to document this. Also if medication has no real dosage (like with naturopathic substances (e.g. kytta Sedativum) that can also not be properly documented. I needed to write 1mg in the dosage just for it to register at all.
