I’d like the option to use the grid feature for all the follow days just the same as list view. Next day, 2 days later, up to 5-7 days later if possible. I really prefer the grid view over all other ways of seeing correlations, but so many of my meds and factors (ie something like a vitamin) are going to have an impact not same day, but more delayed.

Oh and also not to mention PEM (post exertional malaise) is by definition flu like synonyms that come 24-72 hours after a trigger (which I track with factors) where being able to visualize those on the grid would be helpful as well!

Seconding this, many factors are mostly relevant to symptoms on the following day (food, skincare, night meds…).

Right now the only way to see those Next Day effects is on the Impacts > List section, one symptom at a time, which is horribly tedious. Grid view is fantastic to check multiple correlations at a glance, it’d be so useful to have those same Same Day / Next Day filters there, right with the time window options.

I went through the roadmap to see if there were any requests on this after seeing some discussions about it on the subreddit.
