That’s a strong +1 from me! Having to do these sorts of cleanups one by one is beyond tedious. So there really needs to be a way to say “make this change to all visits that have this place assigned”.

I have create a request to merge places but this is certainly a solution!

This has been an ongoing issue with my HOME since I started using the app and no matter how many times I change the name (that came from Foursquare at some point) of my home location, it keeps going back to the FS version. Super annoying and I need either a bulk edit feature or a way to change the original confirmation or whatever that happened to perpetuate this problem.

+1 from me too! Many frequent places (home, work, gf’s home, …) exist 2-3 times for me with the same name. Can’t seem to get that cleaned up manually.

I was puzzled by frequent requests to confirm visits to my Home private location. I’ve just realised that this was due to my having two duplicate Home private locations. Given that even the lesser visited of the pair has hundreds of visits, updating all of those visits is a real chore. The functionality described by this feature would provide a solution to this.

Just wondering if this is in the work. I mistakenly set my home location to something else once last year and now I saw it being labeled as that place dozens upon dozens of times. With no way to correct them in bulk, it’s become a really tedious task.

Apparently half the time Arc believes I live in the Park across the road. I’ve given up updating this.

Benjamin, I recommend posting about the problem on Arc’s support forum (https://support.bigpaua.com). There are ways to fix that so that it doesn’t continue to happen.
