Unfortunately Arc just has too much data for this kind of syncing.

Arc’s database is typically gigabytes in size, and is changing constantly due to new incoming data, as well as automatic changes to existing data. Syncing that much between devices isn’t feasible given current hardware/network capabilities.

I would love to explore this kind of thing someday. But given the current limitations it’s not yet possible.

Thanks for replying. For what it’s worth, I don’t see how the limits you mention are limiting too all users. I understand syncing should be optional for users with the free iCloud service, but I don’t see any issue with my config (2TB iCloud, 150Gb data per month mobile data, 800Mb/s limitless fiber). But sure, I do not have insight in what your user base averages.

It’s not about what you’re paying for, it’s about what your device is capable of doing within its energy limits. Sending and receiving large amounts of data with a mobile device is an energy expensive activity, and when you’re talking about gigabytes of data it’s just beyond current mobile phone battery limits.
