Very commonly we want to be able to sell a house which immediately goes into the deposit of a new house. The downpayment should be dependent on the current value of the house and all of this should be taxed. I can currently route the funds into a specific account and then the buying can use that account too in the same here. But we cannot directly link the price and I have to just look it up and hard code it myself atm.
