Withdrawal Rate Breakdown plot: essential vs. discretionary as a stacked series

Originally reported by Mitch on Discord.

The withdrawal rate is currently reported as a single percentage, which hides how much of it is committed spending versus spending that could flex.

Add a “Withdrawal Rate Breakdown” plot that renders the withdrawal rate as a stacked series split into its essential and discretionary components, so the two contributions to the overall rate are visible year by year. Seeing that a 4.5% rate is 3.0% essential plus 1.5% discretionary tells a very different story from 4.4% essential plus 0.1% discretionary, and it makes the headroom available to flexible-spending rules obvious at a glance.
