Allow Rearrange of Custom Plots Order

Currently in the Plan, you can create custom Your Plots, however you can’t change the order of those plots once they are created. It would be nice if we could rearrange the plot list once they are created.

    I would like to see the user have the ability to define a custom sort order for both the standard plots and custom plots in the dropdown. And/Or auto sort them based on most often used or some other criterion.
