Habit tracker

A simple habit tracker with reminders like the meds section. I currently use Loop which is extremely simple; it lets me list habits I’d like to keep and check it off every day as repeatable tasks. There are reminder options and overall data tracking to see the overview of your good habit progress. I’d love to have that here instead of jumping between multiple apps.

Such a good idea I would love this feature. I am using another app as well for habbit tracking but if bearable had habbit tracking I’d delete the other app and only use bearable.

I’d love this added in, to have everything in one app is so convenient.

I’ve also used Loop but switched to Track & Graph because it allows for precise time logging - I think either option would be super useful but I like being able to track a habit multiple times in one day!

This this this this!! Both for the ability to encourage good habits, and track how well your doing with things you’d like to quit (like smoking, drinking, picking, Obsessive behavior) this definitely need to be a time tracked thing like the med tracker, not the >6 , 6-12 ect....

Maybe adding an option to link an habit to a self improvement goal. F.e. linking walking to exercise and seeing the completion when deciding the rating for exercise in self improvement.

I also use loop and it or something similar would be fantastic if it were inside of bearable

Absolutely yes to this. Seeing how practicing various habits and exercises affects mood and symptoms would give additional motivation as well as data. Tried to use factors for this, but went back to Loop habit tracker for simplicity. Would love to have this in Bearable.

If we have self-improvement in app, tracking habits would be useful too. Also may be self-improvement section could have not only 1-5 measurement, but a yes no too. And have a streak counter.

I just suggested the same on Reddit: I would like a way to keep track of habits in Bearable, something like a mini habit tracker. Nothing fancy, just something that allows me to: - Set a reminder - Track the time - Track how often I’ve done it per day - Monthly overview to quickly see on which days I’ve done it

Example: I started meditating. Of course, I can track this in Factors but if I track it there I can’t keep track of the time when I meditated, how often I meditated and I also can’t set up a reminder. So for now the only way would be to track it in Meds/Supplements but that’s also not really where it belongs…

Another example: Coffee. Here I also want to track how many cups and when. For now, I’m tracking it in Health measurements instead of Factors but again the category doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense here.

I would love a habit tracker! I use the app “habit” rn for that. It would also b cool if it could sync with the habit app but ik that’s a bit far-fetched

I would love a habit tracker.

I use TickTick - which acts like a todo list - but tells me how many tasks I have done in the day.

It also has a Pomodoro timer - I find this very useful for tracking productivity.

I’d love for habits to track: Yes/no (did it or not) Number (how many - manual input) Time (manual input. Eg how many Pomodoro minutes I spent)

I was just looking in the app to see if there was a way I could add a habit tracker of some kind. Just a list of things with boxes I could check off.

Yes!! I want to add time spent meditating (or at least just that I did), earthing, and other time spent outside.

Yes, it really would be great! I hsve the 21 day challenge app, that supossedly helps you create a good habit after 21 days of repetition. It reminds me daily… However, spending time in so many apps (period tracker, mood tracker, 21 day challenge, etc.), finally gets (at least me) to ‘drop’ one of the apps. Otherwise, Id spend almost the whole day on my mobile 😂😂😂

I would just like a list of tasks I need to do each day that I could check of if I did them because I know that not doing them leads to decreased mental health but also beginning to slack is a sign I might be going down. Things like “medicate cat, brush teeth, made bed”. Personally I’d rather just say yes or no than Mark too much info about it. If it becomes to much to track it becomes tedious and my entries become a mash of detailed and non detailed

Agree with precious posters. I am tired of using three different apps to track the things that affect my health/mood/etc. Bearable has by far the best user interface of the many apps I’ve used and would love to see it integrate habit tracking and more complex mood tracking (see my comments on the proposed “mood groups” feature) so I can ditch the other apps for good and have it all in one place.
