Update Fitbit workouts
Fitbit changed and added workout endpoints to their API, meaning we first couldn’t get automatic workouts, and then any workouts. We’ve just switched to using the new (beta) endpoint, meaning all workout types for Fitbit, both manual and automatic, should now be imported correctly.
