No API for data access, but could be queried via URL scheme on device.

Unfortunately this still isn’t an API that allows for programmatic access to tasks in Things, sorry.
I see that Things 3 has AppleScript support and allows to access the to-dos via scripts. Could you please check if it’s possible to retrieve items usgin such script and push them into exist.io?
You would need to run a program or script on your local computer I believe, in order to query Things 3 on a regular basis for the data, since AppleScript talks to the app directly, rather than a web service. But it should be technically possible.
Couldn’t the Exist phone app be used to query Things? Apart from Apple Script there’s also the perhaps more useful “Things URL Scheme”: https://culturedcode.com/things/support/articles/2803573/
At the very least, this topic should be moved away from the “impossible” column.
