Google Play Games
Track time spent playing games on Android phone (requires being logged into Play Games).
Unfortunately the API only allows games to getting user info about their specific usage of that game, so this isn’t possible. However RescueTime has an Android app that can be used to track time in apps, which is probably the best substitute.
