Our front-end server, which a few months ago had some hardware trouble, has once again collapsed. We’ve temporarily promoted another server to serving the site and API, so there should be no issues with downtime for now. However, there are some small deficiencies with this setup:

• Exporting is temporarily unavailable
• Mood word clouds are unavailable
• Profile pictures and some generated graphs, e.g. in weekly emails, are unavailable
• Some of your Exist data may be out of date right now, but should update within the next 24 hours

This is temporary and will hopefully be resolved in the next few days, dependent on support from our hosting provider.

Update: everything should now be back to normal. Please contact support if you see any issues persisting.
