Option to turn off daily review notifications if already submitted
Some people might appreciate having the reminder as a “last chance” to add any tags they’ve not added yet, for example, so rather than defaulting to skipping the notification, perhaps we could add a preference toggle allowing users to explicitly turn off notifications if they’ve submitted a mood and tags already.
